It’s really just three steps, which lead to a moist and delicious piece of pork every time! And once you know how to cook pork using this method, you can experiment with different rubs and marinades so that you never get tired of the same old boring pork tenderloin!
This is a fantastic meal to make for company! It’s a no stress meal that will have your guests thinking you spent hours slow-roasting this beautiful piece of meat and nobody will have to know that it only took you about 30 minutes. In fact, this Balsamic Glazed Pork is even great for holidays! Okay I know you do turkey. But a lot of people don’t have a huge family and so they don’t want to cook up a whole turkey just for three people. This is a great alternative! Heck, even if you do have a big family, pork is still a good way to go.
I served this over onions and peppers, but you can pick any vegetable that will cook in twenty minutes in the oven. Zucchini, summer squash, broccoli or brussel sprouts would all be great options as well. Use what you have! Okay enough chit chat. Here’s the recipe:
